1 - Choose a fresh molehill

You can recognize a fresh molehill by the grainy and loose structure of the soil. Spread the soil evenly over the lawn so that you can easily recognize new activity later.

2 – Localiser le tunnel principal

Use your fingers (with gloves) or a shovel to find the tunnel through which the mole has come up. Make an opening of about 8 cm so that both directions of the tunnel are clear. Ensure that the hole remains smaller than the device so that it seals properly.

3 – Utiliser la tige de support

Insert the leg rod into the opening to create a small pit for the calcium carbide.

5 – Ajouter de l'eau

Fill the measuring spoon with water and pour it over the calcium carbide. The reaction starts immediately and produces gas in the mole tunnel.

6 – Position the Taupe-Stop-Mole 52

Once smoke becomes visible, place the Taupe-Stop-Mole 52 over the opening. Make sure the marking is correctly aligned.

7 - Activation

Place both feet firmly on the device and wait for about 30 seconds. Meanwhile, unfold the detonator rod.

Then lift the device slightly and place it back. Insert the detonator rod into the slot and push forward to activate the device.

👉 Activate the device only while standing and with both feet firmly on the ground.

👉 Remove the rod from the device and take the device out of the ground after activation.

For optimal results, it is important to use the Mole-Stop-Mole 52 according to the steps below:

  • Use the device on the first day on all the molehills in your garden.
  • If there are several molehills within a diameter of about 1 meter, treat only one of them.
  • After treating all the selected molehills, open the untreated ones.
  • This will allow you to see immediately the next day where new activities are occurring.

In the days that followed:

  1. Check your garden daily for new molehills.

  2. Treat each new molehill separately with the device.

  3. Repeat this process daily until there are no more new molehills.

Daily follow-up is essential to ensure a quick and optimal result.

After use

  • • Check that all parts are intact.
